Estimates and contracts

Booking an estimate is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. Information on this site, including typical prices, timelines and package descriptions, is general. Your price, scope, materials, schedule and warranty terms are set only by a written contract you sign with us. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed contract, the contract controls.

Appointments

Please give accurate contact and address information when you book. If you need to reschedule or cancel, call or text us at 804-604-6316; there’s no charge. We may need to reschedule for weather, safety or emergencies, and we’ll tell you as soon as we know.

Warranties

Workmanship warranties are provided by BNH Roofing under the terms in your contract. Manufacturer warranties, such as GAF’s, are provided by the manufacturer under its own terms. Descriptions on this site are summaries.

Financing

Financing is offered by Wisetack and its lending partners, not by BNH Roofing. Approval, rates and terms are decided by the lender.
