Seth Brown – Founder and CEO

Seth is a husband, dad, and builder with a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and a passion for breathing new life into old homes. I grew up in Washington, D.C., and went on to study biology and economics at Dartmouth. Right after graduating in 2014, His wife (and High School Sweetheart!) Jackie got married and settled in Richmond. Their son Theo was born in fall 2021 and daughter Tessa was born in fall 2024.

Seth is an entrepreneur who turned a hands-on passion for construction into a fast-growing roofing company. Since founding BNH in 2019, he’s built deep expertise in roofing, residential construction, and project management across the Richmond market. He plans to be building for years to come.

Houston Kincaid – President

Houston brings 23 years of roofing experience to BNH — from residential re-roofs to $3 million commercial projects for institutions like the University of Virginia. He’s worked every phase of the trade across asphalt shingles, metal systems, slate, and flat roofing membranes. He lives on his farm in Beaverdam with his wife Rachel and son Remington.

Outside of work, he enjoy spending time with his wife, Rachel, and their son, Remington, on the farm.

Sean Denney – COO

Sean joined BNH as a business partner, bringing a background across multiple industries in analytics, finance, and operations management. He runs the systems and infrastructure that keep a fast-growing company moving. He studied economics, math, and philosophy, with graduate-level work in decision-making and applied analytics. He lives in Richmond with his wife Gill and their dogs Pickles and Peanut.
